After making your online booking you will receive an email from the salon to confirm this booking and our policies regarding cancelling/re-scheduling appointments and patch testing. If you have any questions please contact the salon immediately on 01706 551080
By booking an appointment you agree to our policies, these are also clearly outlined on our booking system.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please give 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel or re arrange your appointment, failure to give this notice will result in a 50% of the service cancellation fee. If you do not arrive for your appointment without giving us any notice you will be charged 100% cancellation fee and unfortunately we will be unable to offer you any future appointments without pre payment.
We regret that in some cases that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late. Please be aware that arriving late will reduce your treatment time.
Repeated appointment cancellation will require pre-payment for all future appointments. Pre paid appointments are non refundable.

Please allow enough time for your journey to the salon, we are happy to give you directions.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON
For insurance reasons, and out of consideration for other clients we ask that you do not bring children into the salon, it is a dangerous environment and we cannot accept the role as guardian to children whilst you enjoy your treatment.
Please take into account any school holidays when booking your appointment and call us should you need to re-schedule.

PATCH TESTS

PARKING
The salon does not have its own parking and so share the surrounding streets with other businesses and homes, there is on-street parking along Dale Street, at the co-op and behind the salon.
